Annual Fees

Each Brookstone community (I, II & III) has its own Property Owners Association and different annual fees.  For new homeowners in Brookstone II, there are mandatory fees for both the POA and Swim & Tennis.  Fees for 2023 are $300.00 for POA and $400.00 for the Swim & Tennis.

POA Board of Directors

The Brookstone II Property Owners Association (POA) includes all 395 homes in Brookstone II. The POA elects officers each year to the Board at the annual POA meeting. The Board consist of a President - Amenities and Covenants, Vice President - Leasing, ACC, Grounds, Landscaping & Special Projects. Secretary - Treasurer, Communications. The annual POA meeting is usually held in the first week in December. The POA Board holds meetings as required during the year.
