Annual Fees

Each Brookstone community (I, II & III) has its own Property Owners Association and different annual fees.  For new homeowners in Brookstone II, there are mandatory fees for both the POA and Swim & Tennis.  Fees for 2010 are $235.00 for POA and $320 for the Swim & Tennis.

POA Board of Directors

The Brookstone II Property Owners Association (POA) includes all 395 homes in Brookstone II.  The POA elects officers each year to the Board at the annual POA meeting.  The Board consist of five members: President, Vice-President,/Architectural Modifications & Leasing, Vice-President/Amenities, Vice-President/Grounds & Landscaping and a Secretary/Treasurer  The POA  Board holds meetings as required during the year.
