Each Brookstone community (I, II & III) has its own Property Owners Association and different annual fees. Brookstone II is located at Fairwood Drive, Acworth, Georgia, 30101 in Cobb County. The main entrance is located on Mars Hill Road; there are also entrances on Ford's Road and Due West Road. We are districted for Ford Elementary School, Durham Middle School, and Harrison High School. Harrison High School is one of the top-ranked high schools in the state.
For new homeowners in Brookstone II, there are mandatory fees for both the POA and Swim & Tennis. Fees for 2009 are $235.00 for POA and $320.00 for the Swim & Tennis.
