Clubhouse
The clubhouse is for use by Brookstone II homeowners. It may be reserved by a Brookstone II homeowner ONLINE (under Request Reservations) and approved by the VP of Amenities or another Board member. There is currently NO CHARGE to reserve the clubhouse. WE REQUIRE 48 HOURS ADVANCE NOTICE IN ORDER TO GET THE KEY TO THE HOMEOWNER MAKING THE RESERVATION - NO EXCEPTIONS. You will also need to contact the VP of Amenities to arrange to get the clubhouse key.
THE PERSON WHO RESERVES THE CLUBHOUSE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING IT UP AFTER THE FUNCTION IS OVER. Failure to do so will restrict your future reservations. All trash should removed and taken to the trash cans located in the fence area of the clubhouse. Please do not put the trash from a party in the trash can by the 'bulletin boards'.
